Dhampus Trek with close view of Mountains

Physically the Dhampus hiking is an easy but naturally, awesome thrilling view of landscape hiking around Pokhara valley that takes you through major viewpoints; Dhampus, Naudanda, and Sarangkot. Dhampus is an excellent tourist destination that offers a magnificent view of the Annapurna range including Annapurna I, II, III, IV, Annapurna South, Fishtail, Dhaulagiri, Himchuli, Gangapurna, and much snow-capped mountain peaks. The village is dominated by ethnic Gurung community. Except them Brahmin, Kshetri, and Magar are also habituated in the village. The blend of verities of culture in another attraction will be observed in Dhampus hiking. Agriculture and animal husbandry are the main sources of income for survival. Besides it’s, some people are involved in the British army and some are on tourism. So while exploring Pokhara, make sure you do not miss out experience the three days Dhampus hiking and Gurung culture.

The hiking stars after an hour driving to Phedi and stairs up through the Jungle. Numbers of birds’ spices will find the Jungle. Farming terrace, waterfalls, and animals will be seen on the trekking route. Breakfast and Dinner will be take in a Tea houses and lunch will be En-route.

Itinerary

Day 01: when you disembark at the Trivuwan international airport in Kathmandu, our representative picks you up by showing your name card and drop to hotel. All documents could be provided and collect the balance of your trip and describe the tour schedule. We visit some places if there is remaining the time.

Day 02: The hotel provides a breakfast then we depart to visit some heritage sites in Kathmandu valley. Pashupatinath, Swaymbhunath, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, Boudhanath and Bhaktapur durbar square are famous and UNESCO declared a world heritage site. Among them some four places we chose and visit with a tour guide. The tour culturally and historically is significant. 

Day 03: Fly to Pokhara with a scenic flight. If we have time a bus or private car is another option for access to Pokhara. After checking out the airport, then drive to Phedi and upstairs toward Dhampus. The terrace of Paddy, green hills, gorgeous valley and highway, Waterfalls and Magnificent Mountain will dazzle our eyes.  We halt a nigh in the scenic Dhampus village and enjoy the dinner in the tea houses.

Day 04: The tea house provides breakfast and starts trekking to Sarankot via Naudanda. That day we pass some tiny village and walk through striking views of mountains, Pokhara valley, Fewa Lake, etc. En-route take lunch and waiting for shiny sunset which bounced behind the mountain. Overnight enjoy a dinner and observe the lighting view of Pokhara valley in the night.

Day 05: Early morning go for sunrise and back to the hotel. After breakfast, Drive/hike to Pokhara and visit Fewa Lake, Gupteshor Cave, Devid falls and overnight stay a hotel. Enjoy your dinner outside the hotel.

Day 06: Drive to the airport and fly back to Kathmandu. When you reach the hotel then make a small rest in the hotel and visit the rest of the heritage sites. Overnight enjoy the typical Nepali dinner.

Day 07: Today, early in the morning we take you to a Mountain flight which is the most famous tourist activities in Nepal. It takes an hour's flight from Kathmandu airport to Kathmandu airport which offers splendid views of Mt Everest, the highest peak of the world as well as Kanchanjungha, Manaslu, Cho Oyu, Ama Dablam, etc. Then back to the hotel and spend your free time.

Day 08: Departure to your destination.
